COOKIE POLICY

What are cookies?

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit our booking website. Cookies are then sent back to the original website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognises the cookie. Cookies allow the website to recognise the user’s device and, for example, remember selected time slots during booking.

We use cookies to collect information about how the website is used. The purpose of collecting information through cookies is not to identify website users, but to improve website content and the user experience when browsing games and making bookings.

Different cookies may be stored in your web browser or on your device for different periods of time. Session cookies are deleted from your computer or device when you close your web browser. Among other things, these cookies are used to remember the selected game, date and time during the booking process. Persistent cookies remain stored on your computer or device until they are deleted or expire.

Types of cookies

The website uses several types of cookies for different purposes:

Necessary cookies - enable basic website functions, such as navigation, displaying the calendar of available time slots, completing the booking and payment process, and website security. The website cannot function properly without these cookies, so they are always active and cannot be disabled.

Functional cookies - remember choices you have made on the website, such as language and city, so you do not have to select them on every visit.

Analytics cookies - help us anonymously understand how visitors use our website (for example, which games they view most often and at which stage they abandon a booking), and improve the website and user experience.

Marketing cookies - help us provide you with personalised website content and continually improve our offers. These cookies (also called advertising cookies) are used to display content and offers relevant to you, both on our website and on other websites and social networks, and to track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

How can you block cookies?

If you wish to disable cookies, you can do so in two ways:

Through the banner displayed when you first visit our website. Clicking “Necessary only” means the website will use only necessary cookies, while clicking “Accept all” accepts all types of cookies. Clicking the gear icon opens Cookie settings, where you can select the types of cookies you wish to enable and confirm your choice by clicking “Save choice”. You can change your choice at any time.

Through your browser settings. Most web browsers accept cookies by default. If you wish to reject or delete them, please consult your browser’s help and support section (for example, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge).

Please note that each browser has a different procedure for managing cookies and that, if you block all cookies (including necessary cookies), you may be unable to complete a booking on the website.

Changes to the Cookie Policy

The seller may update these guidelines from time to time, so please check them regularly to ensure you are familiar with the latest version.
